Delivery Conditions
The package is delivered to the customer upon presentation of a valid ID and signature.

Delivery Issues

The seller is responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by customs procedures, force majeure events, or incorrect/incomplete address information provided by the customer.
The customer must report any damage or partial loss occurring during delivery to the carrier within three (3) days.
